Joe Louie Water Association now offers a variety of convenient Water Utility Bill Payment options. You may also review bill payment questions here.
1. E-Check: Customers log into their Joe Louie Water Association account and initiate a single payment direct withdrawal from their US financial institution. Currently there is no convenience fee per transaction charged by Joe Louie Water Association. (Maximum payment amount allowed is $495.)
2. AUTO PAY: Customers enroll to have recurring automatic direct withdrawal from their US financial institution account for the amount of their bi-monthly Water Utility Bill. There is no fee charged by Joe Louie Water Association. Please allow 30 business days for recurring ACH payments to be set up. Payments may be withdrawn from your bank account anytime after your water bill is generated.

1. How do I enroll in, change, or cancel Auto Pay (recurring automatic bank withdrawal)?
To enroll please sign up directly thru the "Pay Now" button located above. To change or cancel your enrollment, contact Joe Louie Water at 1-360-354-7909 during business hours.
2. How will I know if I am enrolled in Auto Pay (recurring automatic bank withdrawal?)
Your bill stub will show the word "automatic" in the amount due box.
3. When will my Auto Pay come out of my bank account?
Meters will be read and bills mailed at the end of the billing cycle (bi-monthly) (March, May, July, September, November, January). You should expect the balance due shown on your water utility bill to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date.
If payment is not honored by your financial institution, a $30 service fee and any applicable interest and penalty will be assessed. In addition, your Auto Pay enrollment will automatically be cancelled.
